Bridgeview Eye Partners is seeking a Surgical Technologist for our Ambulatory Surgery Center, assisting surgeons and nursing staff in ophthalmic procedures. You will prepare the OR, maintain sterile fields, and support turnover to sustain workflow. A CST certification and accredited technologist program are required, with 1–2 years of OR/ASC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of OR/ASC experience.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize the operating room for procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field throughout all cases.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently.
• Perform surgical counts in accordance with policy.
• Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and sterilization processes.
• Support turnover between cases to maintain workflow.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff.
