Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in California.

• Strong patient safety, comfort, and communication.
• Ability to collaborate with surgeons and physicians.
• Experience with CMS, AAAHC, Joint Commission standards is a plus.
• Experience with EHR systems and practice management software is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the surgery center on-site in Del Mar, CA.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and clinical workflows for efficient patient care.
• Monitor budgets, quality, safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
