Responsibilities

• Transcribe comprehensive notes relating to patient history, condition, assessment and results.
• Assist physician during exams and document procedures in the EMR.
• Update medication module and enter alerts as needed.
• Ensure exam notes are clear, accurate and complete in the EHR.
• Support patient flow and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of exam rooms.
