EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Production Technician to support the production department in meeting productivity and quality standards. The role involves leading operators, training technicians, and maintaining data for performance analysis and continuous improvement.

You will create production graphs, analyze trends, and collaborate with engineering to streamline processes and ensure production integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Resolves practical problems and handles varied situations with limited standardization.
• Performs tasks as per Master Task List for operations.
• Provides training to technicians on plant operations.
• Promotes safe and healthy production environment and practices.
• Establishes and maintains high performance standards with integrity.
• Supports production data management with field personnel and engineering staff.
• Leads and directs operators to ensure production integrity.
• Creates production graphs and analyzes production trends using Aries, DSS, Excel and Access.
• Develops failure database for artificial lift and assists in performance analysis.
• Supports data management and technical evaluation efforts of the team.
• Recommends new approaches to streamline data management.
