Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Minnesota is seeking an Associate Technician to support the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards. You will follow work instructions, calibrate and set up equipment, identify quality or workflow problems, and assist with training and mentoring.

You’ll communicate with Supervisors, participate in meetings, and maintain a clean, safe work area. This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED and reliable attendance, with growth

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, including breaks and lunch periods.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to work instructions and motivates others to follow them.
• Completes equipment calibration and setup; reports maintenance issues to Supervisor.
• Identifies quality, process, and workflow problems and informs Supervisor.
• Participates in training and mentorship of Associates; cross-trains as needed.
• Communicates with Supervisor; participates in meetings and focus groups and shares facility feedback.
• Maintains a positive attitude and respectful environment; reports concerns to Supervisor.
