Job summary

Retina Group of Florida in Jupiter, Florida is seeking an Ophthalmic Photographer to perform accurate ophthalmic photographs for the ordering physician and to work closely with board-certified retina specialists.

Responsibilities include fluorescein angiographies, ICG, color fundus photography, OCT, and retinal thickness analysis; maintaining cameras; assisting clinic flow; ensuring supplies; and adhering to OSHA/HIPAA and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years ophthalmic imaging experience preferred.
• COA or COT certification preferred.
• Excellent communication with patients, physicians and staff.
• Flexibility with hours and local area travel.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform intravenous fluorescein angiographies and ICG angiographies.
• Capture color fundus photography, OCT, and retinal thickness analysis.
• Obtain informed consent and ensure camera/equipment maintenance.
• Assist clinic flow and maintain imaging supplies.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA and security protocols.
