Job summary

Retina Consultants of Texas is hiring an Ophthalmic Photographer to provide essential photography services in their Bellaire Clinic. This role involves executing fundus and anterior segment photography while ensuring optimal patient flow in a busy environment.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and necessary certifications in CPR and ophthalmic imaging. The position offers comprehensive benefits, including paid time off and retirement savings plans.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in ophthalmic photography and digital imaging.
• Experience with intravenous fluorescein and/or indocyanine green angiographies.

Responsibilities

• Perform fundus, anterior segment, and external photography as ordered.
• Perform intravenous fluorescein angiographies.
• Process film, mount and label slides.

Skills

Knowledge of ocular anatomy

Computer literacy

Excellent communication skills

Strong team orientation

Education

CRA and JCAHPO certification preferred

CPR certification required
