Eye Consultants of Atlanta PC is seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Photographer to join our high-volume retina practice. You will capture high-quality retinal images, including fundus photography, FA, ICG, OCT/OCT-A, and widefield imaging, while collaborating closely with the vitreoretinal surgeon and clinical team.

The role emphasizes accurate image labeling, EMR documentation, patient education, and adherence to safety and privacy standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ophthalmic imaging, preferably in a retina practice.

Aufgaben

• Perform a full range of retinal imaging procedures including fundus photography, FA, ICG, OCT/OCT-A, widefield imaging, external and slit lamp photography.
• Prepare and educate patients for imaging procedures and obtain medical history as needed.
• Collaborate with the vitreoretinal surgeon and clinical team to prioritize urgent cases and communicate results.
• Upload, organize, and maintain image records in the EMR system and ensure timely delivery to physicians.
• Perform daily calibration and maintenance of imaging equipment and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Follow HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols and adhere to contrast agent guidelines during angiography.
