Job summary

A leading ophthalmology practice in the United States is seeking an Ophthalmic Photographer to join their innovative team. The role involves performing various imaging tasks such as fundus photography and maintaining patient records. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in ophthalmic photography and a strong understanding of ocular anatomy. Qualifications

• Two to three years experience in ophthalmic photography and digital imaging.

Responsibilities

• Performs fundus, anterior segment and external photography as ordered by the eye care provider.
• Performs intravenous fluorescein angiographies and/or indocyanine green angiographies as ordered by the eye care provider.
• Processes film; mounts and labels slides; maintains film log and/or backups of digital database regularly.
• Maintains camera(s), related equipment and inventory of supplies.
