• Field and direct calls in a medical office
• Schedule appointments with data accuracy

• Post and process medical billing charges
• Collect and process payments
• Check in/out and posting charges
• Process medical record releases
• Make patient phone calls
• Assist providers and patients at the conclusion of the visit
• Address tasks in a timely manner
