Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as an ophthalmic assistant preferred.
• Certification as an ophthalmic assistant preferred.
• Valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient history accurately.
• Perform visual acuity and ocular tests.
• Provide compassionate patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness in exam rooms.
• Contact patients for rescheduling as needed.
• Assist physician with procedures occasionally.
