The role requires COA certification within 18 months of hire, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of clinical experience. Day shift with a sign-on bonus of 4,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• COA certification within 18 months of hire; BLS certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of clinical/healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record patient data and observations accurately.
• Enter patient information into Epic and maintain charts.
• Schedule physician appointments and manage referrals.
• Assist with pre-exam testing and visual acuity assessments.
• Provide scribe support as needed.
• Maintain stock and restock supplies.
