Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate dimensional, physical and visual inspection of product per plans.
• Monitor quality requirements per QA policies and customer specs.
• Prepare cables for testing.
• Test fiber transmission using an OTDR.
• Enter production and quality data into databases and internal programs.
• Document and report quality issues promptly.
• Maintain calibration and upkeep of inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with process engineers and material buyers.
