Job summary

AFL Telecommunications, LLC in South Carolina is seeking a Quality Control Final Inspector to support QC testing of OPGW fiber optic products. You will perform dimensional, physical and visual inspections, document results, and ensure adherence to procedures and safety rules.

You will work in a team environment, manage data entry in Oracle and other databases, maintain calibration of inspection equipment, and contribute to meeting quality and production goals while supporting continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with QTS, Oracle and Order Management modules preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate dimensional, physical and visual inspection of product as per inspection plans.
• Monitor quality requirements per QA policies and customer specs.
• Prepare cables for testing and test fiber transmission with OTDR.
• Enter production data in databases and maintain traceability.
• Ensure calibration/maintenance of inspection equipment and comply with safety rules.
