RTX is seeking an on-site Operations Excellence professional to support NBAS strategic goals and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with OpEx disciplines to drive time studies, standard work, and process changes that reduce waste and improve production efficiency.

Responsibilities include training OpX technicians, facilitating CORE events, and mentoring staff while partnering with leadership to sustain improvements across manufacturing operations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in production if no degree.
• CORE training and events experience preferred.
• Ability to lead with all levels of leadership and document results.

Responsabilidades

• Perform time studies in support of engineered standards.
• Provide training for OpX techs as they join the role.
• Support continuous improvement including visual factory rollout and productivity gains.
• Create/modify manufacturing standard work and document events.
• Coach leadership to deploy Standard Production System processes/tools.
• Define MSW deployment within manufacturing/business processes.
• Identify material flow opportunities to reduce waste and meet demand.
• Facilitate CORE events related to area needs and problem solving.
• Guide transition plans to minimize customer impact; mentor OPEX technicians.
