Responsibilities

• Analyze operational flows, processes and structures to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead Kaizen events and improvement projects; implement new working methods and standards.
• Guide stakeholders in introducing new processes and improvement methods; sustain gains.
• Manage KPIs, monitor progress and evaluate performance to ensure sustainability of improvements.
• Contribute to large-scale automation initiatives; translate needs into process and automation solutions.
• Act as a connector between operations, improvement processes and automation projects.
• Embed improvements locally with ownership and result orientation.
• Support change management to embed improvements successfully.
