Job summary

Nexans Network Solutions (Euromold)-Erembodegem is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to structure and drive data-driven improvement programs across the accessories production site. You will lead root-cause analysis, monitor KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to boost productivity, quality, and capacity utilization.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will champion Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and a culture of continuous improvement while supporting strategic site transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, production methods, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading improvement projects within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in accessories production or automotive/industrial manufacturing environments is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Structure, drive, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives focused on data-driven cost optimization, operational excellence, and root cause analysis.
• Analyse production methods, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, quality, capacity utilisation, and overall performance.
• Lead and coordinate improvement projects to increase site competitiveness and reduce costs across manufacturing, raw materials, and logistics.
• Support daily production performance and strengthen continuous improvement culture.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to drive improvements.
