Job summary

Elanco is a global leader in animal health, seeking an Operations Change Lead, OpEx, to join the Site Leadership team and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will lead Lean transformation, manage Kaizen events, and develop Green/Black Belt capabilities while aligning initiatives with business priorities and KPI gaps.

Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years of Operational Excellence experience; Black Belt certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma expertise with ability to influence change.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide continuous improvement strategy using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Hoshin Kanri planning and alignment of initiatives to KPIs.
• Lead and facilitate kaizen events and improvement initiatives.
• Develop Green/Black Belt projects and OpEx capabilities.
• Establish KPI tracking and cost-savings frameworks.
