Job summary

InterCon Construction in Janesville, WI is seeking a skilled equipment operator to safely operate heavy machinery on job sites. You will locate underground utilities before digging, review plans, and assist with various labor tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include operating tractors and dozers, performing maintenance, and ensuring accuracy while placing and installing pipes and cables. Travel may be required; strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License Class A CDL required.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must be able to bend/kneel/stand/walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 20+ pounds regularly.
• Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating rubber tire tractor.
• Experience operating other machines (e.g., backhoes, skid loaders, dozers, sidebooms, vibratory plow, etc.) preferred.
