Job summary

Five Star Infrastructure Services, dBA InterCon/Five Star Energy Services/M&C Utility is seeking workers to operate heavy machinery, locate underground utilities, and review blueprints for job requirements. This on-site role requires CDL, travel willingness, and physical fitness.

The candidate should be able to perform routine maintenance, assist with Laborer tasks, and follow safety procedures while handling various machines used to install pipes and cables.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and Class A CDL required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 20+ pounds regularly.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating rubber-tire tractors preferred.
• Experience operating other machines (backhoes, skid loaders, dozers, sidebooms, vibratory plow) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures while operating heavy machinery.
• Locate underground utilities before starting work.
• Review blueprints or specifications to determine work requirements.
• Operate machines to place and remove soil and debris.
• Guide and install pipe and cable with machinery.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Assist with Laborer tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Use machinery to guide and install pipe and cable.
