Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an Operator/Trainer to join the JRTC Support Contract team. This full‑time, exempt role focuses on operating and maintaining the HICON requirement to support mission readiness at Fort Polk South.

You will provide familiarization training on Command Post of the Future computer applications, diagnose equipment issues, and perform other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Operate Mission Command workstations and provide familiarization training to users.
• Diagnose and address machine stoppages per established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.

Valiant is looking for an Operator/Trainer to join our team! This position is a full time Exempt (salary) position, supporting the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC)Support Contract. The Operator/Trainer will operate / maintain / sustain the HICON requirement.

Essential Duties And Responsibilitiess

• Assists the customer by operating Mission Command workstations and providing familiarization training, primarily in Command Post of the Future computer applications.
• Diagnoses and acts on machine stoppage and error conditions not fully covered by existing procedures and guidelines (e.g., resetting switches and other controls or making mechanical adjustments to maintain or restore equipment operations).
• Other duties as assigned.
