Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Operator/Trainer to join our team in a full-time exempt role. The candidate will operate Mission Command workstations, provide familiarization training, and sustain the HICON requirement for the JRTC Support Contract.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving equipment stoppages, performing needed resets, and handling other duties as assigned. Clearance eligibility and CompTIA Security+ certification are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as Computer Operator/Trainer or Tier I Helpdesk.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mission Command workstations and provide familiarization training.
• Diagnose and address machine stoppages and perform resets or adjustments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
