Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, based in Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a Special Sew Operator for 1st shift. You will measure, mark, and sew garments to specifications, verify logo placements and options, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while contributing to production efficiency.

OT and occasional Saturday work may be required. Qualifications include sewing experience, reliable attendance, accuracy in measuring, and ability to read option codes and worksheets.

Qualifications

• Sewing experience preferred.
• Must observe attendance policy.

• Write, read, and speak English.
• Must read and understand option codes on worksheets.
• Able to sit for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
• Able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills for measuring and marking garments.

Responsibilities

• Measure, mark, and sew garments according to specifications.
• Check logo placements, striping, pockets, and options on garments.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and take pride in Workwear outfits.
• HOURS: 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required.

What You Will Do As a Special Sew Operator
