Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus energy-industry exposure, with strong MS Office and data-analytics skills to drive audit readiness and program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years related work experience in energy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain OQ records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Coordinate training and revisions for the OQ program; facilitate LMS training sessions.
• Deliver reports, analytics, and dashboards to support insights and audits.
• Assist with regulatory agency audits and ensure data accuracy in LMS and OQ records.
• Travel as needed and maintain documentation of qualifications.
