Job summary

Wisconsin Electric Power in Milwaukee seeks a Technical Training & Methods Specialist focused on Operator Qualification (OQ). This role supports development, coordination and delivery of training programs, including manuals, LMS tasks, and safety and compliance initiatives.

You will conduct evaluations, assist with learning objectives, and help improve training materials and delivery methods across field and classroom settings.

• Conduct OQ evaluations.
• Conduct field observations for safety and operational compliance.
• Maintain training and OQ documentation and records.
• Stay informed on basic industry practices, standards, and procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities in training materials and delivery.
• Assist in creating learning objectives and training materials.
• Gather and organize technical documentation for training use.
• Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
• Apply basic instructional methods in classroom and field settings.
