Job summary

You will operate production equipment, learn laser machining and process optimization, and gain exposure to engineering drawings and precision measurement. Training is provided; no prior experience required, with opportunities to advance as skills grow.

Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Excel or data reporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and support day-to-day manufacturing activities.
• Load and position parts into machines and assist with setups.
• Inspect finished parts and identify quality defects.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Document data and report findings; participate in data-driven improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and experiments.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales and other departments.
