Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PCB assembly, SMT, and electronic product manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies and PCB-based products.
• Support production operations by troubleshooting process, quality, and yield issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Assist with new product introductions and manufacturing transfers.
• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches.
