Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions LLC in Oregon City, OR seeks an Operations Technician I, Finishing to perform grinding, buffing, trimming and chemical treatment on orthopedic implants. You will operate cleaning and passivation lines, laser marking and inspect parts to ensure surface finish and dimensional accuracy, while upholding safety and Lean initiatives.

The role requires high school education; no prior experience required, though manufacturing background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent preferred.
• No previous work experience required (Preferred).
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning and passivation line.
• Operate laser marking equipment.
• Perform product cleaning and visual inspection.
• Inspect and maintain blast cabinets, media, nozzles and hoses.
• Follow designated safety rules and 5S housekeeping.
