RigUp in Kenedy, TX is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join their field team. The role covers well operations, gas lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, and pipeline tasks in a busy field environment.

Ideal candidates have multiple years of oil & gas production experience and a solid understanding of field operations, procedures, and safety standards. This position offers strong growth in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Level II: 3-5 years of experience and general working knowledge of systems, terminology, and procedures.
• Level III: 5-7 years of experience and thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures.
• Level IV: 7+ years of experience as a technical/functional specialist.
• Ability to perform maintenance, take readings, do rounds, issue work permits, and follow procedures.
• Ability to proactively monitor well and equipment performance.
• Ability to work with support groups and interface with engineering.

• Operate wells and gas lifting systems as part of field operations.
• Oversee ESPs, three phase separation, and pipeline operations.
