Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in multi-skilled operations or similar roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of well operations, gas lift, ESPs, and rotating equipment.
• Ability to perform routine field tasks per established procedures.
• Must meet background/drug/MVR checks and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate wells and related equipment including gas lift wells and ESPs.
• Perform maintenance, take readings, issue work permits, and follow procedures.
• Monitor performance to maximize production and coordinate with support groups.
• Assist craft personnel and operators; interface with engineering for data requests.
