Danos, LLC is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator III to oversee well operations in the Kenedy, TX area. You will manage gas-lift wells, ESPs, separation, and pipeline processes while performing routine maintenance and safety tasks.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, high safety standards, and the ability to coordinate with engineering and support teams to optimize production within a field environment.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in multi-skilled operations or similar roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of well operations, gas lift, ESPs, and rotating equipment.
• Ability to perform routine field tasks per established procedures.
• Must meet background/drug/MVR checks and wear PPE as required.

Mansioni

• Operate wells and related equipment including gas lift wells and ESPs.
• Perform maintenance, take readings, issue work permits, and follow procedures.
• Monitor performance to maximize production and coordinate with support groups.
• Assist craft personnel and operators; interface with engineering for data requests.
