Job summary

Van Drunen Farms in Momence, IL is seeking a Night Shift Operator to support production operations on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 6:30pm to 5:00am. The role offers a pay range of $20.15–$22.20 per hour, plus potential bonuses and incentive programs based on performance.

You will assemble, operate and monitor production equipment, follow GMPs, perform CCP checks, and help with sanitation and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of production experience or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, clean and set up equipment and work areas.
• Operate and monitor production equipment following safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures, wear PPE and report concerns.
• Perform CCP checks, follow GMPs and SOPs, report quality issues.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation, support production goals, overtime as needed.
