Qualifications
Ability to perform manual assembly tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 adherence required.
Report equipment/output issues to supervisor promptly.
Support lean manufacturing initiatives and efficiency gains.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Identify parts by size and ensure proper stacking/boxing.
Follow Viking Plastics’ lot traceability procedures.

Performing hand-assembly production jobs
Being responsible for quality and quantity of parts packed
Control plan adherence
Adherence to approved work instructions
IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 adherence
Communicate equipment and output problems to supervisor
Efficiency improvements (more good parts per hour)
Lean Manufacturing implementation
Cleanliness and organization improvement
Knowing and follow all safety rules, report any concerns, keep work area clean
Knowing how to set and use scales

Be able to identify parts by size
