Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking a manufacturing associate in New York to prepare and maintain production areas, follow MRP-driven schedules, and perform operations per work instructions.

You will conduct quality checks, identify parts, report deviations to the Team Lead, and assist with packing shipments while upholding 5S, ESD and EHS standards. You will also complete tally sheets and participate in self-inspections as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain production areas and equipment.
• Perform manufacturing tasks as scheduled by the MRP system.
• Perform operations within alignment of the work instructions.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
• Identify parts.
• Promptly report any deviations or quality concerns to the Team Lead.
• Packing finished vehicles and/or parts for shipment.
• Completing tally sheets when required.
• Adhering to 5S, ESD and EHS regulations.
• Perform self-inspections.
• Maintain special process qualifications as required.
• Perform all assembly tasks and other manufacturing requirements as instructed.
• All classifications are subject to skills and ability evaluation within the ILUO process.
