Perform hand-assembly production jobs.
Be responsible for quality and quantity of parts packed.
Adhere to control plan and approved work instructions.
Ensure IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 compliance.
Communicate equipment and output problems to supervisor.
Implement efficiency improvements (more good parts per hour).
Contribute to Lean Manufacturing processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization.
Follow all safety rules and keep work area clean.
Set and use scales appropriately.
Identify materials and parts by size.
Handle box making tasks.
Adhere to lot traceability procedures.
Report on-time for shifts and maintain good attendance.
Participate in inventory control processes.
Grind runners and process scrap as needed.
Stage skids for production.
Assist coworkers during breaks.
Complete necessary paperwork for production.
