Job summary

WhiteWater in Massachusetts is seeking an Operator II, Water to operate and maintain assigned water facilities and to actively support the Operations Lead Operator & Supervisor. The role requires being on-call with night and weekend coverage as needed, and holding a valid Water Operator license or ability to obtain within 6 months, plus a high school diploma and 3 years in the water field.

Excellent communication, computer literacy in Windows and MS Office, and knowledge of regulatory

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Water field or related industry.
• Must possess a valid and active Water Operator License (T-1/D-1) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Demonstrated communication skills.
• Must be computer literate in Windows and MS Office.
• Must be available after hours and on-call work as required.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment.
• DOT medical card and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.

Hiring Requirements/Preferences For Water Operator

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
