Job summary

Schaeffler Transmission Systems, LLC in Wooster, OH is seeking a manufacturing operator. You will prepare machines, monitor production, inspect parts, and follow safety protocols while supporting maintenance activities.

Starting wage is $22.55 per hour with 2nd and 3rd shift premiums, plus medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance and 401(k) with up to 6% company match. Eligible applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English.
• Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
