Operator II, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

As an Operator II, Manufacturing, you will:

  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and order of operations.
  • Operate CNC lasers, turrets, and press brakes to produce parts to exact specifications.
  • Use various tools to measure and verify part dimensions, ensuring flawless quality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment 3 to 6 months preferred.
  • Ability to successfully implement operational procedures.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring parts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
