Job summary

Jabil in Monument, Colorado is seeking an Operator to support the processing and preparation of medical devices throughout the manufacturing process. You will manually assemble a system using torque drivers and hardware, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manually assemble a system using torque drivers and hardware, to a predetermined volume.
• Functionally test a completed system according to work processes.
• Pull necessary material from flow racks and bin locations.
• Perform back flush operations on the computer operating systems.
• Conduct physical inventory in the designated area.
• Maintain 5S order and cleanliness at all times.
• Review all assembly documentation.
• Assemble first run of product.
• Work with Engineering towards production build release.
• Identify any required tools.
• Develop training methods.
• Process Development.
• Create ECRs for process improvements and track them.
• Adhere to all safety rules and use protective equipment.

Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job related certifications.The hourly pay range for this role is $16.30 - $29.33.
