Job summary

Jabil in Monument, Colorado, is seeking a Machine Operator II to produce precision trauma device components, including screws and TFNA nails. You will set up, operate, and maintain multiple production machines and perform routine maintenance while ensuring calibration and quality standards are met.

You will collaborate with production and leadership to improve throughput, maintain safe operations, and follow all procedures to support operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year manufacturing experience or training.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Producing precision trauma device components, including screws and TFNA nails.
• Setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, including lathes, mills, gun drills, Hasagawa equipment, inspection machines, and other production equipment based on assignment.
• Performing routine equipment maintenance and identifying concerns before they impact production.
• Conducting gauge inspections and verifying equipment remains within calibration requirements.
• Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with manufacturing specifications.
• Partnering with production and leadership teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Following all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures to support operational excellence.
