As a Machine Operator II, you'll help manufacture critical components that support patient mobility and recovery.What You'll DoIn this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment used to produce precision trauma device components while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProduce precision trauma device components, including screws and TFNA nails.Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment, including lathes, mills, gun drills, Hasagawa equipment, inspection machines, and other production equipment based on assignment.Perform routine equipment maintenance and identify concerns before they impact production.Conduct gauge inspections and verify equipment remains within calibration requirements.Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.Partner with production and leadership teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.The hourly pay range for this role is $16.30 - $29.33.
