**This position will report into our Greer, SC Distribution Center**

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 3-6 months similar experience.
  2. High School education or equivalent.
  3. Perform duties from detailed instruction with minimum amount of supervision.
  4. Repetitive bending, stooping, lifting and handling of heavy loads of work as well as pushing and pulling of hand and lift trucks.
  5. Demonstrate proficiency in use of pull rods, mechanical hand jacks, carts, hydraulic lift jacks and forklifts.
  6. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  7. Must possess sufficient physical dexterity to accomplish required tasks.
  8. Use of simple math skills. Work from lists, orders, or instructions.
  9. Maintain safe and orderly material and parts holding areas.
  10. Must operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE such as ear plugs, safety glasses, etc., as deemed necessary for the safety of operator, coworkers, and facility.
  11. Adhere to company's quality policy to provide customer satisfaction through high quality products, delivered on time at a cost that represents value.
  12. Must possess a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management.
  13. Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed.
  14. Adhere to 5S methodology which is to Sort, Set in Order (organize and identify), Shine (clean), Standardize and Sustain (maintain).
  15. Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions.
  16. Lump and receive orders as needed.
  17. Pick and pull all materials for orders.
  18. Log completed order.
  19. Quality check completed order.
  20. Remove goods from inventory for the department.
  21. Load orders on assigned truck.
  22. Perform regular cycle counts.
  23. Assist with inventory control.
  24. Perform daily housekeeping duties.
  25. All other duties as assigned per department assigned.

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday through Friday 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

COMPENSATION:

  • Starting at $20.00/hour plus $1.00/hour differential
