Monogram-Management-Services-Inc in Martinsville, VA is seeking a Microwave Operator / Batching Op 11 to support wet processing of snack foods and prepare raw materials.

You will follow GMP/HAACP, set up and break down machinery, weigh ingredients, run mixing and grinding, and complete batching reports while staying safety-conscious.

Formación

• Experience operating industrial food processing equipment.
• Ability to follow GMP/HAACP procedures.
• Strong organizational and paperwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and process raw materials per batch specs.
• Weigh meat, mix spices, and operate mixing hopper.
• Operate grinder and track lot numbers.
• Set up and breakdown machinery; perform defrost prep.
• Send samples to lab; complete batching reports.
• Maintain clean, compliant work area; follow GMP/HAACP.
