Kohler Co. is hiring for an Operator I at our Sheridan, AR plastics facility. The role supports manufacturing of kitchen and bathroom products with a focus on accuracy, speed, and safety. Competitive pay starting at $18.75/hour with an additional $1.00/hour for second shift, plus comprehensive benefits.

The position requires reading orders, moving materials, and assembling customer orders. Candidates should be 18+, able to work in the US, and have manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

We are looking for Manufacturing Associates for our Plastics Facility. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

The hourly range for this position is $18.75.
