Kohler Co. is seeking an Operator I for our Sheridan, AR facility. The role focuses on moving and handling materials, assembling orders, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced plastics and faucets manufacturing environment.

The position requires US work eligibility, at least 18 years old, and offers competitive starting pay with shift differential. Comprehensive benefits start Day 1 with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Location: Onsite – Sheridan, AR

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $18.75 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.

Shifts Needed: Blue 1 Roaiting Shift 2-2-36:00am-6:00pm

We are looking for Manufacturing Associates for our Plastics Facility. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

Your Responsibilities

The hourly range for this position is $18.75. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
