Job summary

Kohler Co. is hiring an Operator II at the Sheridan, AR plastics facility to manufacture high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, and showers.

This 2nd shift role starts at $19.25 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift. You’ll operate a range of machinery, perform required paperwork, and help keep production safe and efficient, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing processes.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate low- to some high-complexity machinery at rate while adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Complete required paperwork as directed by leadership.
  • Frequent independent judgment required in making decisions on equipment.
  • Keep production areas as safe and clean as possible.
  • All other duties assigned as needed by supervisor.

We are looking for Manufacturing Associates for our Plastics Facility. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

  • Ability to operate low-complexity machinery and some high-complexity machinery and processes, at rate, while adhering to all quality and safety standards.
