Job summary

Watlow in Hannibal, Missouri, is seeking an Operator 1 to contribute to high-quality product manufacturing. You will work under supervision, following standardized procedures and instructions, and you can work independently or with a team to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read a tape measure. Prior manufacturing exposure and willingness to overtime are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Read and comprehend measurements on tape measure.
• Work history does not exceed more than two jobs in the past year.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions
• Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product
• Assure product meets all quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times
