Job summary

Sirio Nutrition (California) LLC is seeking an Operator I in the Gummy department. The role involves gathering ingredients, weighing, and operating production equipment to produce quality gummy products in a GMP environment.

This position is on-site with alternating 4x10/2 and 3x10/2 schedules, including day and night shifts. Responsibilities include supporting setup, processing gummy batches, maintaining batch documentation, and adhering to SOPs and safety regulations while working with

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum six (6) months of work experience in a GMP/FDA-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist setup activities of the manufacturing process.
  • Assist in the cooking, dosing, depositing, and post-processing of bulk gummy products.
  • Ensure all batch documentation including batch records and logbooks is completed on-time and accurately.
  • Feed and maintain raw ingredients into hoppers, mix tanks, or other manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform pre-weighing, batching, curing, and bulk packaging of manufactured product.
  • Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping organization.
  • Follow established SOPs and cGMP regulations; comply with all company policies and safety rules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
