Job summary

Sirio Nutrition (California) LLC is seeking a Chemist II to support laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. You will perform GC/MS, ICP/MS, HPLC, UV and dissolution analyses under supervision, documenting results and troubleshooting issues to ensure quality and compliance.

The position requires a Chemistry degree and 2–5 years in pharma or dietary supplements, with GMP lab experience and a strong focus on safety and quality controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS in Chemistry or related science.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Pharmaceuticals or Dietary Supplements.
• GC/MS and/or ICP/MS experience in GMP or regulated labs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality controls and lab safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical tests of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Operate wet chemistry methods, HPLC, GC, ICP/MS, UV, and dissolution tests.
• Document results and troubleshoot analysis issues.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GDP, GMP and safety guidelines.

We seek out innovation across our entire business and pass that knowledge and expertise to our customers.As a Chemist II, responsibilities include providing the support to the Laboratories of Best Formulations to ensure that the testing have been performed as per Best Formulations written Standard Operation Procedures, Analytical Procedures, and/or USP/NF Compendia under strict supervision of either senior chemist or lab supervisor/ manager.How will you contribute:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
