Qualifications

• 5-7 years of converting, printing, finishing, packaging, or related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate converting and finishing equipment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production team members during daily operations.
• Review job tickets and verify materials prior to production.
• Set up and operate converting and finishing equipment.
• Monitor print quality, registration, tension controls, and machine performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor mechanical adjustments.
• Accurately document production, waste, and downtime data.
• Train and mentor operators as needed.
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company policies.
• Support smooth communication and shift handoffs.

Location: Arlington, TX
Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5-7 years of converting, printing, finishing, packaging, or related manufacturing experience
• Ability to operate converting and finishing equipment with minimal supervision
• Experience with machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Lead Operator or Operator III experience
• Experience with gluing systems, labeling equipment, rotary cutters, Straub applicators, and related inline finishing equipment
