Pregis in Elkhorn, WI is seeking a Converting Operator I to operate converting equipment, monitor quality, and package finished goods on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:15 PM), Monday through Friday. This role offers hands-on manufacturing experience and on-the-job training.

• Package, label, palletize, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain production materials and supplies to reduce downtime.
• Follow all safety policies, operating procedures, and 5S practices.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support smooth shift transitions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Learn multiple machines and processes to support operational flexibility.
